I just want you to know I’m extremely happy with RPM Rincon for your diligence in following through for me with my tenant, and maintenance for staying on top of all repairs. I have been with RPM for a very, very long time and the current team is outstanding!

I would like to take this opportunity to offer some feedback on my experience with RPM Rincon.

In 2007, I entrusted RPM Rincon with the management of my town house. RPM Rincon worked hard over the years to keep my property rented with quality tenants. For the last six years, I could rest assured that everything from maintenance, to routine inspections, to collecting rent was being taken care of. The maintenance staff is very responsive and works to keep property maintained while keeping costs down. Everyone, from the receptionists, to the accountants, to the leasing professionals are pleasant, polite, and very responsive.

I would recommend RPM Rincon to anyone looking for a property management company.
