Our Services

Your point of contact will be a Pima County Property Manager who will be responsible for and familiar with your unique property. Your manager will serve as the face of management for tenants and free you from that chore.

Tenant Placement

The successful rental of your property begins with proper advertising. We know where to advertise to get the best results. Our property managers thoroughly familiarize themselves with each property and know how to show them to their best advantage.

The next important step in a successful rental is tenant screening. Pima County Property Management excels in this aspect. Every prospective renter must fill out an application and pass our extensive screening process.

Our staff will handle all paperwork associated with the rental of your unit from application to lease.

Maintenance

We understand the value of your property and the importance of maintenance to protect it. We also understand the importance of performing these tasks in a timely manner that keeps the renter satisfied. Our team of on staff professionals and preferred vendors will perform the services as quickly and economically as possible.
Your maintenance plan can be tailored to meet your specific needs. In addition to repair and services of the building, we can provide landscaping, pool care, window cleaning and pest control.

On Site Inspections

There is no substitute for a physical inspection of a property. We will go to your rental property and inspect it inside and outside approximately every 90 days. This is so that our Pima County Property Manager can be on top of any issues that arise.

Accounting and Rent Collection

All aspects of rent collection are part of the services offered here at Real Property Management Rincon. Payments are due by the 8th of each month. Whether payments are on time, late, partial or unpaid we will take the appropriate action. If it becomes necessary, we will take the steps necessary for eviction of non-paying tenants.

We do all of the accounting associated with your rental property. All that you have to do is read the reports supplied to you each month. The reports that you receive can be customized to meet your needs with everything from property rental history to tax information. Our state of the art accounting software system has been designed with the property owner in mind.
