3. Do they require that you provide a Maintenance Reserve?
We do not require that you provide funds in reserve for potential, future maintenance needs. Our Maintenance service includes FREE 90-Day inspections, plus our 24-Hour Maintenance Hotline, our inhouse maintenance team, a fixed pricing schedule for standard repairs and timely service by our trusted and reliable outside vendors.
